Explicit Consent Texts
Version 1.0 · Effective: Draft Draft
This document is a draft under legal review. Fields in square brackets will be completed after approval.
1. What this page is for
For some kinds of processing we ask for your separate explicit consent or opt-in. This page contains the full texts.
Rules that apply to each of them:
- Giving consent is entirely optional. If you do not, you can still use the Platform's core services.
- Each consent is asked for separately; boxes are never pre-ticked.
- You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Consent texts are kept separate from the Data Protection Notice.
Data controller: Barboros Yazılım ve Pazarlama Teknolojileri (BYPT), Kartaltepe Mah. Belediye Cad. No:3 Limanoğlu İş Merkezi No:38, Küçükçekmece / İstanbul, [email protected].
For users in the EEA/UK, these consents are also intended to meet the GDPR standard of freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent.
