2. Subject
This contract sets out the rights and obligations relating to the sale and supply of the digital content or subscription you ordered online at musichool.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Before this contract was formed, the Pre-Contract Information Form was provided to you as a separate document and confirmed by you.

4. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed when you confirm the order and your payment is completed successfully. Your e-mail address must be verified before ordering. The contract and the Pre-Contract Information Form are e-mailed to you after formation.
5. Performance (delivery)
- The content is unlocked in your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Single course: lifetime access to the course you bought, meaning access from your account for as long as the Platform operates. [KARAR: buyer's rights if the instructor removes the course or the Platform shuts down]
- Subscription (Plus or instructor subscription): access during the paid period; details in the Subscription Terms.
- Content is only streamed on the Platform; it cannot be downloaded.
6. Payment
Payment is made by card on PayTR's secure payment screen. Card details never reach Musichool. Subscription fees are charged automatically to the same card at the start of each period until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder 7 days before each renewal.
If it turns out that payment was made by someone who is not the cardholder, or your bank reverses the payment, access to the relevant content may be stopped.
7. Right of withdrawal
Because your order is a service performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly, you have no right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
At checkout you confirmed that you expressly agree to immediate access to the content and know that you therefore have no right of withdrawal. [KARAR: whether Art. 15/1-h should also be cited for subscriptions]
Our voluntary refund option, which is separate from this, is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then. No partial refunds are given. [KARAR: exceptions to the no-partial-refund rule]
Musichool may end a subscription immediately for a justified reason (for example a serious breach of the Terms of Use, or the service ending); in that case a refund of [KARAR: refund amount — pro rata for the remaining period or full?] is made. [KARAR: in which cases an administrator will cancel immediately]
9. Defective performance
If the content you bought is not as described or cannot be used because of a technical defect, under Articles 11 and 15 of Law No. 6502 you may choose to withdraw from the contract, get a price reduction, have the defect fixed free of charge, or get a non-defective equivalent. Just write to [email protected].
10. Obligations of the parties
Musichool:
- supplies the content as described in the pre-contract information and on the order page,
- issues the invoice electronically and sends it to you [KARAR: e-invoice / e-archive invoice set-up],
- processes your personal data in line with the Data Protection Notice.
Buyer:
- gives accurate information and keeps it up to date,
- uses the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and does not copy, share or distribute it,
- follows the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
11. Personal data
The personal data needed for your order (name, e-mail, phone, amount) is processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations, and is shared with PayTR for payment. Details: Data Protection Notice.
12. Disputes
This contract is governed by Turkish law. In a dispute you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where you made the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits. You can also apply through the "Tüketici Şikâyet" system on e-Devlet. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence that apply to you are not affected.
13. Evidence and entry into force
In disputes, Musichool's electronic records may be used as evidence under Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100; this does not affect your right to present counter-evidence.
This contract was formed electronically and took effect when you confirmed the order and completed payment. A copy is e-mailed to you.
The contract language is Turkish. This English version is provided for convenience; the Turkish version prevails if there is any conflict.
