Subscription Terms (Plus)

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to Musichool's paid subscription plans:

• Plus: access to courses included in Plus while you are subscribed.
• Instructor subscription ("Hocaya abonelik"): access to all of one instructor's courses and that instructor's AI twin (Hocayla Çalış / Twin) while you are subscribed.

These terms apply together with the Terms of Use, the Pre-Contract Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The seller is Barboros Yazılım ve Pazarlama Teknolojileri (BYPT).

2. Plans and prices

3. Starting a subscription

• You must verify your e-mail address before subscribing.
• Payment is made by card on PayTR's secure payment screen. Your phone number is required for payment.
• The subscription starts immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. Automatic renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the period you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• The renewal fee is charged to the same card at the start of the period.
• We e-mail you a reminder 7 days before each renewal, showing the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel.

5. Price changes

If we change the subscription price, the change applies at the next renewal at the earliest, and we will tell you by e-mail [KARAR: how many days] before the renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before renewal.

6. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time, in one step, in your account settings. Cancelling is no harder than subscribing.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then.
• After cancelling you are not charged for the next period.
• There is no penalty or extra fee for cancelling.

7. Refunds

• Because the subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ). You expressly confirm this at checkout. [KARAR: also cite Art. 15/1-h]
• No partial refunds are given for unused time. [KARAR: exceptions to the no-partial-refund rule]
• If Musichool ends your subscription immediately, we refund [KARAR: refund amount — pro rata for the remaining period or full?].

8. What happens when a subscription ends

• Your access to courses included in the subscription ends.
• Your access to single courses you bought separately continues.
• Your progress, notes and badges stay in your account; if you subscribe again, you continue where you left off.

9. Changes to subscription content

Courses belong to instructors. An instructor may remove a course from the Platform, and new courses may be added. The list of courses included in a subscription may therefore change over time. If the instructor covered by your instructor subscription leaves the Platform: [KARAR: subscriber's rights if the instructor leaves — e.g. pro rata refund].

10. AI twin

The AI twin that comes with an instructor subscription answers only from that instructor's own material and can give wrong answers. Questions it cannot answer are passed to the instructor. Rules: Terms of Use, section 8.

11. If payment fails

If a renewal payment fails (for example because the card has expired), we will tell you by e-mail. [KARAR: retry period after a failed payment and when access is stopped]
