Pre-Contract Information Form

This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, to inform you before you place an order. It is a separate document from the Distance Sales Contract. At checkout you are asked to read and confirm this form, and a copy is e-mailed to you after your order.

3. Main characteristics of the product or service

Single course: access from your account to the videos and materials of the course you bought.

Plus: access to courses included in Plus while you are subscribed. Monthly or yearly; details in the Subscription Terms.

Instructor subscription: access to all of one instructor's courses and that instructor's AI twin while you are subscribed.

4. Price and payment

Your card details never reach Musichool; PayTR processes the payment. Your phone number is required for payment.

Clicking the button to confirm your order means you accept an obligation to pay.

5. Delivery and performance

The content is unlocked in your account immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery. Your e-mail address must be verified before you can buy.

6. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ).

Courses and subscriptions on Musichool are unlocked immediately after payment. At checkout you are therefore asked to confirm that you expressly agree to immediate access and know that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result. If you do not give this confirmation, the purchase cannot be completed.

Confirmation text shown at checkout:

"I expressly agree that the digital content I am buying will be made available to me immediately after payment. I understand that, for this reason, I have no right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation."

7. Subscription term and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically for monthly or yearly periods.
• We send you a reminder e-mail 7 days before each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time in your account settings, as easily as you subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.
• No partial refunds are given. [KARAR: exceptions to the no-partial-refund rule]

8. Technical characteristics of the digital content

• Requirements: an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. [KARAR: technical team to specify supported browsers and minimum versions]
• "Çal, dinlesin" requires microphone access.
• Technical protection measures: videos are streamed on the Platform and cannot be downloaded. Access is tied to your account.

In a dispute, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) where you live or where you made the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits. You can also apply through the "Tüketici Şikâyet" system on e-Devlet.
